Food Sorters: Making a Direct Impact

Food Sorters play a vital role in ensuring that refugee families receive the nourishment they need. In this role, you will help portion bulk food items, such as rice, beans, or flour, into smaller family-sized bags. Additionally, you will sort and organize donated food items into packages that are ready for delivery to families in need.

This task requires attention to detail, as we strive to provide balanced and thoughtfully packed food bags. You should be friendly and able to lift up to 50 pounds safely, or know your personal limits and ask for help when needed. Your efforts will directly support families transitioning to a new life in the U.S., ensuring they have access to essential, nutritious meals.

This opportunity is available every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. It’s a meaningful way to serve and make a tangible difference in the lives of refugee families.

We would love to have you join us in this important work!
