Join us on June 20 for a meaningful World Refugee Day event, where we will come together to advocate for and celebrate refugees in our community.
From 3:00 to 6:00 PM, we will host an informative session featuring a panel of business leaders, city officials, and pastors discussing how we can better support refugees through employment, advocacy, and community engagement. This session will provide valuable insights into the challenges refugees face and how we can collaborate to create lasting impact.
Following the panel, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, we will transition into a cultural celebration, where refugee families will share their heritage and traditions through food, music, traditional attire, art, and storytelling. This vibrant evening will be a time to experience diverse cultures, foster connections, and honor the resilience of refugee communities.
We invite you to be part of this special day—whether by learning, supporting, or simply celebrating the richness of different cultures!
